License

This document defines the licensing terms for items purchased from Heybi: Fonts and Templates. Both license types share the same General License Terms below, plus their own Usage Scope, Permitted Use, and Restrictions.

General License Terms

License Grant

  • Purchasing an Item (a Font or a Template) grants you a license to use it under these terms. You do not acquire ownership of the Item.
  • Heybi retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the Item.
  • Unauthorized copying or free public redistribution of a licensed Item is prohibited and may result in legal action for copyright infringement, including liability for any resulting IP infringement.

Redistribution & Derivative Works

  • You cannot resell, share, or redistribute the Item’s file, in whole or in part, whether for free or for a fee, standalone or bundled with other products.
  • You cannot make the Item available as-is, or with only superficial modifications, for others to access or download.
  • You cannot modify, rename, or repackage the Item into a new product for distribution.
  • You may deliver one End Product built using the Item to a single client, for any fee. The license then transfers to that client.

Termination

  • This Agreement is valid until terminated by Heybi.
  • If you fail to comply with these terms, Heybi may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ notice.
  • Upon termination, you must destroy all digital copies of the Item that you have used.

Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Indonesia under intellectual property rights regulations.

Font License

Clear and straightforward font licensing for every project scale. Currently, only the Standard License is available.

Usage Scope

  • 1 user
  • Installation on up to 2 computers
  • Up to 5 commercial projects
  • Unlimited personal projects
  • End products for sale up to 1,000 copies / sales / prints

Permitted Use

  • Non-monetized social media usage (unlimited)
  • Blog usage (unlimited)
  • Website usage and web embedding
  • Logo and branding usage

Restrictions

  • Apps or games
  • Server or SaaS usage
  • Advertising, motion graphics, or broadcast
  • Worldwide commercial use
  • Trademarking a logo created using this font
  • Extracting or repackaging the font as individual letters or alphabet sets
  • Uploading the font to third-party platforms such as Corjl or Templett
  • Digitizing the font into an embroidery file for sale
  • Tracing or modifying the font to create and distribute a derivative font

Template License

Usage Scope

Single Template:

  • Cannot be installed on more than one website
  • Unlimited subdomains within the same domain are covered under the same license (e.g. shop.example.com and blog.example.com)

Template Bundle:

  • Can be used on unlimited websites, domains, and subdomains, for both personal and commercial purposes

Permitted Use

  • Personal use
  • Commercial use for your own website
  • Building one End Product for a client (see General License Terms → Redistribution & Derivative Works)

Restrictions

  • Reselling the Template as a stock asset, tool, or template resource
  • Redistributing the Template with its source files, on its own or bundled with other items
